AI Credit Terms

1. What credits represent

AI Credits represent a limited right to use eligible ForgeUI AI operations according to the operation cost displayed or authorized when the operation is requested. Credits are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or a bank balance. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts.

2. Purchased-credit duration

Purchased AI Credits do not expire while the ForgeUI account remains active. This does not prevent future AI operations from having different displayed credit costs. ForgeUI will not reduce an existing wallet balance merely because future operation pricing changes.

3. Consumption and failed operations

Credits are consumed through ForgeUI's charging mechanism for an authorized AI operation. If an operation consumes credits but fails before delivering the intended result, the relevant consumed credits should be restored or reversed through ForgeUI's charging/recovery mechanism.

An AI operation failure is ordinarily remedied by restoring the operation's credits, not by automatically refunding the original card purchase.

4. Purchases and refunds

Purchased credits are not ordinarily refundable for change of mind. Missing fulfilment, confirmed duplicate payment and other payment issues are handled under the Refund Policy. If a fulfilled purchase is refunded, corresponding unused purchased credits may be removed. Materially consumed credits require review.

5. Account closure

Use remaining credits before requesting closure. When an account closes, unused credits are forfeited, have no cash value and are not transferable, subject to any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

6. Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
