ForgeUI Hosted Access Terms

These Hosted Access Terms apply to prepaid access to ForgeUI Hosted Studio. They supplement ForgeUI's general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Credit Terms, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and security and abuse rules. If those general policies conflict with these product-specific terms, applicable law continues to apply.

Personal use — free, no time limit

ForgeUI Studio is free for personal and non-commercial use. Personal access has no time limit, countdown, or requirement to purchase a Personal licence. A historical Personal expiry date does not end legitimate personal access, including previously granted or expired Personal access.

Existing purchase history is retained. Free Personal access does not grant additional paid AI Credits or unlimited AI generation. Existing AI allowances, charging, and restoration of credits for failed operations remain governed by the AI Credit Terms.

Existing prepaid Hosted access offers

Personal use does not require either prepaid offer. Existing Business pricing and commercial licensing remain unchanged; a Personal entitlement does not grant commercial permissions.

Neither offer is a subscription. Access begins when ForgeUI successfully verifies and fulfils the payment and activates the Hosted access entitlement. If a customer buys more access while an active Hosted term remains, the new calendar-month term begins after the current active term ends.

AI Credits and access expiry

The included AI Credits are added separately to the customer's ForgeUI AI Credit wallet after successful purchase fulfilment. Additional AI Credits may be separately purchasable where shown as available. Unused AI Credits do not extend the Hosted access period.

Expiry of Hosted access does not itself delete the customer's ForgeUI account, projects, purchase history, or AI Credit balance. Account, security, Hosted purchase history, and wallet information remain available through the customer account surfaces supported by the current service. Personal and non-commercial use does not require a paid Hosted entitlement. Business / commercial use remains subject to the existing Business entitlement requirements. AI operations remain subject to existing credit costs, allowances, quotas, and security controls.

Capacity and availability

ForgeUI Studio is open for home and personal use. ForgeUI may limit, suspend, or restore service availability where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, provider availability, or safe operation.

Tax

US$29 and US$99 are the base launch prices. ForgeUI is operated by Scott Forster, a New Zealand sole trader who is not currently GST registered. The prices are not described as including New Zealand GST, and ForgeUI does not deliberately add New Zealand GST while not registered.

ForgeUI does not blindly charge foreign sales tax, VAT, or GST in every jurisdiction. Applicable tax may be calculated and added at Checkout only where ForgeUI has established that collection applies and the payment flow is configured to collect it. Collection must not be understood as a promise of automatic remittance unless the configured service actually provides that function. Tax treatment may be reviewed as ForgeUI's sales and obligations develop.

The current Hosted Checkout implementation does not enable Stripe automatic tax or attach a tax rate. Therefore it adds no tax automatically until a separately approved and verified tax configuration is introduced.

Refunds, payment processing, and support

Purchases and refund requests remain subject to ForgeUI's published Refund Policy, applicable consumer law, and payment-provider processing constraints. A payment, refund, dispute, or reconciliation state may require provider confirmation or manual review. ForgeUI does not promise instant settlement, refund completion, or restoration while provider evidence is incomplete or inconsistent.

Acceptance

The customer must explicitly accept these Hosted Access Terms for each Hosted access purchase attempt. ForgeUI records the policy identifier, policy version, acceptance time, customer identity, purchase-attempt reference, and audit linkage. Acceptance of an incorrect or obsolete policy identity does not authorize fulfilment under this version.
